Welcome to my Hello Fall Home Tour Modern Neutral. If you’re joining me from Sweet Parrish Place, a big Hello to you! I’m excited to be a part of this fall home tour. I hope you’ll check out all of the other bloggers at the end of the post and go tour their homes.
Welcome to my home! I live in North Carolina, so it usually doesn’t start to feel like fall until later in September or even October. However, I welcome the cooler, cozier days!

TIP for your front porch: layer – just like you would your clothing in the fall. I layered this Hello doormat on a buffalo checked rug. Then I added a couple of mums for some stand out color.
Last week I made this easy DIY modern fall ring wreath. Go check out the tutorial if you want a quick and easy project for fall.
Welcome to the dining room. I set the table for brunch. Apple cider donuts are a favorite this time of year! On Labor Day we went apple picking and brought home a ton of apples. I added this open weave table runner for texture. Most of the items you’ll see on my tour I already own. In fact, this clear glass vase I use all the time.
You’ll notice my fall décor isn’t your traditional fall colors. I like to be a little different. In my family room, I ordered these black and white brush stroke prints. I also switched out my pillow covers for these black and white ones, and navy and sage green covers. Blue, in all of its tints & shades, is my favorite color.
Read this blog post for more ways to decorate around a tv.
My console table got a brand new look. I replaced the white lamps with this blue lamp and brought in this Threshold vase by Studio McGee. It’s my favorite right now. Add floral or green stems to it and done!
TIP: use a tray when displaying a few smaller items and vary the sizes. And layer a couple of soft throws on your sofa for extra coziness.

You can see I’ve set out a few pumpkins around my home. I like them to blend with my décor so I go for the white, gray and blue ones. I spotted these decorative pumpkins at Target – so cute!
Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers. I put some in the dining room as well as my kitchen. They can actually last for a while if you care for them properly. This is the tutorial I follow for keeping my hydrangeas alive for weeks.
