Fall Home Refresh with Hearth and Hand
August 21, 2020

Hi! Are you ready for fall or do you like to hang on to summer as long as possible? Honestly, I love when the fall season rolls around. However, it usually doesn’t cool down until October here in NC. Still, this is the time of year I start to look forward to cooler, cozier days at home. Who doesn’t love a good fall home refresh with Hearth and Hand?

Joanna Gaines always has some great items in her Hearth and Hand line at Target. I have several from past seasons that I use all of the time.

This hand towel from my spring home tour is a favorite of mine. It’s so absorbent, and it looks great in the kitchen.

I used these Hearth and Hand eucalyptus leaves last year for my Thanksgiving table setting.

Target is still one of my favorite places to pick up reasonably priced décor items for my home to switch up according to the season. I’ve rounded up my favorites for fall 2022 from the Hearth and Hand line.

I love a good fall wreath, and this one is such a pretty muted shade of red.

Every sofa needs a chunky knit throw in the fall for those cool nights. This one has cute tassels, and the neutral color is perfect for the season.

This is the easiest way to update your home with each season. Find a vase that you love all year long and just change out the floral stems. These are perfect for fall!

I love this little olive tree, and the striped pot is just so cute. It's the little details that make a big difference.

I'm in love with these gorgeous brass lanterns, and they are a good height too. Place them at the base of your fireplace or on your porch.

This dough bowl makes a great addition to your dining room table. Fill it with pinecones, apples, pears, and even ornaments at Christmas time.

I love anything with stripes, and this pillow is so darling! Swap out your summer colors for some neutral is another quick and easy way to make a seasonal change.

This candle is so beautiful!

I think this last one might be my favorite. The combination of the white vase and the muted red leaves is so lovely.

There you go! Just a few touches is all your home needs to say hello fall!
