Today I’ve rounded up some of my favorite home furnishings and décor from Pier 1. Some of these I have used in clients projects as well as my own home. These are just a few of my favorite Pier 1 home items.

Transitional Dining Room

Upholstered Dining chair – I have these in my dining room and love them. They are great quality and are very comfy. Since my dining table is extendable, I keep two extras in my living room and use them as side chairs. Then we just bring them over when we have extra guests.

Mercury glass lamp – These are beautiful and would be great bedside lamps. I love the shine, and they would complement a raw wood table.



Wooden dough bowl – perfect for your kitchen island to hold fruit or on a shelf for decor

Modern Farmhouse Style Living Room

Round mirror – I used this in a client’s home over a fireplace. Round mirrors are one of my go-to accessories.

Floral – the perfect little floral arrangement when you need to brighten a spot in your home

Wall Art – I love this subtle artwork and the colors are very calming



Accent table – use this by a chair in the living room to create a little reading nook. I love the punch of color!

Wool rug – I’ve had this one for years in my living room. It’s nice and thick and holds up well.



These items are mostly neutral and will work with any home décor style. Pier 1 is one of my go-to retailers for home furnishings. I really do love their unique and colorful accessories. These and many other items I’ve used in my own home as well as for clients.
