What began as a renovation with a contractor quickly evolved into a more comprehensive design journey when our clients realized they needed guidance in selecting finishes, materials, and furnishings. Their goal was clear: create a home that feels warm, inviting, and effortlessly accommodates gatherings with family and friends.

“Project Room for Everyone” brings that vision to life through a thoughtful renovation of the living room and the addition of a multi-functional bonus space, project room, and bathroom. The living room was reimagined with updated entertainment built-ins and layered with new furnishings and accessories in rich, warm tones—subtly inspired by our clients’ home state of Texas.

Upstairs, the newly added bonus room serves as a hub for connection and relaxation. Designed as both a cozy theater and a casual hangout space, it’s where the kids love to watch movies and play games. Connected to this space is a dedicated project room with custom built-ins, giving the kids a functional and organized area for homework and creativity.

The addition of a new bathroom, complete with custom cabinetry, enhances both convenience and comfort for family and guests alike.
