Project Modern Comfort began with a 1980s home in need of a complete refresh. Our clients envisioned transforming their outdated primary suite into a space that felt updated, polished, and luxurious—yet still warm and approachable.
We fully gutted the bathroom, removing walls and reworking the layout to create a more open, functional flow. The new design maximizes the footprint while elevating the overall experience with thoughtful planning and refined finishes.
In the bedroom, we introduced custom built-ins to increase storage and added a window bench beneath a new oversized window, creating the perfect reading nook. Updated lighting, flooring, and paint set the foundation for all-new finishes and furnishings. A blue grasscloth wallpaper accent wall brings depth and texture, while a palette of soft blues, crisp whites, and warm creams reflects our clients’ love of serene, timeless color.
The result is a primary suite that feels comfortable, calming, and quietly luxurious—a modern retreat designed for everyday living.
